It’s officially Christmas. The season of endless gift-giving is upon us. Making a Christmas list is such a fun thing to do and a great way to get in the Christmas spirit. I am here to guide you on what you should add to your Christmas list.

  1. Apple Products

Apple Products are such a great thing to ask for because they are too expensive to buy for yourself but perfect to put on your Christmas list. You can ask for Airpods or the newest phone. The Airpods are soundproof and perfect for listening to music or blocking out noise while studying. Kendall Clarida ’23 says, “I know it’s basic, but I really am considering asking for the Apple headphones. Maybe it’s because they’re trendy, but I suddenly really want them. I might ask for them in green.”

2. Money and Gift Cards

Do you not know what you want for Christmas? Then just ask for the most versatile gift of all: money and gift cards! Caela Cabal ’23 says, “I hate spending my own money so gift cards make me feel better about going on shopping sprees.” Gift cards come in handy when you want to buy something but do not want to use your own money. Starbucks, Target, and Urban Outfitters are all my top gift card choices this Christmas.

3. College Dorm Essentials

No one wants to buy their own stuff for college with their hard-earned money so ask your parents. Dorm life requires a lot of things: a Brita water filter, a mini vacuum, mattress toppers, and a mini fridge. Julia Clarke ’23 says, “I am very excited about moving away to college next year, but I want to make sure I have all the stuff I need so I am going to ask my parents. Being prepared is key.”

4. Concert Tickets

Tis the season for concerts. Some of the most popular artists are concerts nearby. Seeing your favorite artist in person is, in my opinion, the best gift to ask for. Personally, this should be on the top of everyone’s Christmas list.

Whether you’ve already made a Christmas list this year or not, I hope you consider adding some of these items to your list. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
