This Sunday is what we’ve been waiting for…the Super Bowl! Personally, I’m not really the football type, and I have zero experience or knowledge when it comes to football. I’m just here to eat good snacks, enjoy some Super Bowl parties, and watch the Super Bowl ads.

I’ve been looking into the ads already and have some thoughts. This is my official Super Bowl ad review.

Here are the ones I liked:

M&Ms

This commercial is actually funny and it has absolutely nothing to do with buying M&Ms. It’s super random and talks about how Maya’s (the host of the commercial) M&Ms will be filled with clams. You’re going to have to watch it for yourself to understand what I’m talking about. It’s too amazing to describe.

M&M’s has the best Super Bowl ad and absolutely nothing can top it. I beg you to please watch it. (Photo taken from Google Images via Creative Commons License)

Rakuten

Rakuten is a cash-back online shopping site. I really like this one because it’s a reference to “Clueless!” This is such a cute way to incorporate the iconic movie by including the original cast and little Easter eggs nodding to the original movie. If you like “Clueless,” you will definitely like this commercial.

Bud Light

Honestly, I only like this commercial because of Miles Teller. Just go watch it.

Uber One

This ad is such a nostalgic throwback. It includes iconic hits from the 2000s remastered into Uber One ad jingles. It’s such a fun way to incorporate old songs into a commercial.

Here are the worst ones I have seen so far:

Avocados from Mexico

This commercial is just so odd that you keep thinking about it. It looks like it was made in the 2000s and the Adam and Eve theme is a weird choice for an avocado ad.

Experian

No, never, no. I do not ever need to see John Cena sing ever again. I mean, the commercial idea is not the absolute worst, but his singing isn’t great.

I am honestly super excited to see all of the commercials and the halftime show (BECAUSE RHIANNA). Those are the only two reasons I will be tuning in to watch the Super Bowl this year.
