The Royal Ramble is back! In case you weren’t aware, Rosary’s journalism class has a podcast on Spotify called the Royal Ramble. On the podcast, we talk about all things Rosary: student life, Red & Gold, advice for incoming (and current) students, and so much more!
I am your podcast host and editor for this year, and am accompanied by co-host Luna Romero ’28. A little bit about Luna: “My favorite colors are blue and red. I have a little sister and I love to bake!” She is just starting to work on the podcast this year and hopes to do so next year as well. A bit about me is that this is my third year on the podcast. I love concerts, movies, music, and I’m a captain on Rosary’s Academic Decathlon and a member of the swim and triathlon teams.
In past years, The Royal Ramble has been run by a variety of talented and committed girls. When I first came onto the podcast, I worked with alumna Sara Garcia ’24. She interviewed and wrote scripts for the podcast at the time, along with Mallory Mojica-Ye ’24.
Currently on the podcast, we talk about everything Rosary: sports, student life, counselors, announcements, tips and tricks from teachers and seniors and so much more! I feel it is important because the Royal Ramble gives Luna and I the opportunity to interview and share more about Rosary on a personal level by interviewing our teachers and student body.

So far, we have interviewed senior Madeline Lambros and Fine Arts Department Chair Mr. Lyons, and we have an upcoming podcast featuring Mr. Chavez. In the future, we plan to interview more students, teachers, staff, and talk about what life is like at the Academy.
