On Wednesday morning, Nov. 13, we had our first signing day of the year. Seniors Ella Paniagua, Gianna Serrano, Bella Vecchione and Madilyn Ekstrom all committed and signed with some phenomenal colleges.
Ella signed with Fairfield University which is located in Connecticut where she will further her volleyball career. We can’t wait to see the many new accomplishments you will discover within these next four years!
Gianna will be joining the University of Nevada, Reno’s softball team. Congratulations and we can’t wait to hear about the amazing memories you will create with your new softball family.
Bella has signed with Biola University in La Mirada, California where she will be continuing her softball career. Bella mentioned, “I would say I’m most looking forward to becoming a part of a new community with people who I think are the same as me. I am so excited to meet new people from all different places from around the world.”
Madilyn will continue her water polo career at Marist College located in New York. Although she will be on the other side of the country, her talent will still be seen back home. Madilyn commented, “I think I am most excited for all the new experiences and challenges I will face while playing in college. And I will finally get to experience all the seasons, so while it will be nice, I think I will definitely struggle living in the snow for a little bit!”
We are so proud of every Royal who signed on signing day. We can’t wait to watch you flourish and thrive in the next four years at your colleges. Once a Royal, always a Royal.
