Prom court nominations are finally out. Here are the 8 Royals on this year’s prom court.

Charlotte Jordan ’23

Emma Silva ’23

Morgan Brkich ’23

Isabela Gutierrez ’23

Chloe Hoyos ’23

Isabella Jimenez ’23

Sara Garcia ’24

Paloma Borsari ’24

First, I want to start off by saying that all of these girls truly deserve the honor of being part of prom court. They are all wonderful people and a great representation of what it means to be a Royal.

Let’s start with the seniors. Several of the seniors on prom court have expressed their excitement. Isabella Jimenez shares, “I wanted to be on prom court because I got my dress early, and I thought that the tiara would match perfectly with the rhinestones. I’m so excited because prom court just seems so like High School Musical to me and like Taylor Swift said, ‘This is definitely the highlight of my senior year.'”

One of our other seniors, Emma Silva, shares, “I think I wanted to be on prom court because I thought it would be funny. I think I am really excited because my parents are really excited, and I am pretty pumped to wear a tiara.”

Isabela Gutierrez shares, “I feel so #blessed to be on prom court. I love everyone else on the court, so I am going to be so happy no matter who wins.”

However, not all of the prom court nominees are taking this lightly. Emma Silva previously shared her excitement for prom court, but don’t mistake her love for tiaras as a weakness. She shares her competitive (and slightly scary) mindset regarding this cut-throat competition, jokingly saying, “I would like to take this as an opportunity to warn Charlotte Jordan and Isabela Gutierrez. They should know what is coming.” Isabela and Charlotte, if you’re reading this, I hope you’re halfway to Mexico right now. If you’re not, you better start packing if you value your safety.

Moving on…

Prom court also consists of 2 juniors, Sara and Paloma. These juniors are just as excited to be part of prom court for their very first Rosary prom.

Paloma Borsari shares, “I am so excited to be part of the prom court this year! I can’t wait to go to my first prom and have fun with my friends at the dance. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone dressed up!”

Everyone on prom court would make a beautiful prom queen. However, I have to say that I’m slightly biased towards Isabella Jimenez (solely because she quoted Taylor Swift).  No matter who wins this (mostly) friendly competition, one thing that’s guaranteed is that they will all shine in their tiaras on prom night!
