Formally known as “Speak to Inspire,” the Inspire Her Speaker Series is open to all students during late start days. Alumnae come in to share their journeys and the roads to their successes. It is a very influential experience for Rosary students where they can discover career paths and gain motivation. The discovery of new possibilities and finding new connections can leave a lasting impact on students. This is an opportunity for the Royals to gain mentorship from remarkable women who have been in the same positions they are. The Rosary Academy website shows students the main point of Inspire Her: “It’s more than just a speaker series- it’s a celebration of potential, perseverance and passion.”
Every student who has gone to an Inspire Her will say how motivational it was. Last Tuesday, Oct. 14, alumnae Caitlin Dinunzio ’11 and Jacqueline Wyper ’13 spoke on working in STEM and engineering. Kitana Canent ’28 shared how last Tuesday’s Inspire Her impacted her, “Attending this event allowed me to envision myself as a young woman, driven to take what I’ve learned here at Rosary and make an impact in the world. I was inspired by how the speakers pursued their careers and succeeded despite challenges. I am grateful that I experienced the stories of two incredible women who are passionate about their careers.” These talks can really make a lasting impact and have a major influence on students.

Whether you have a career plan or you do not, Inspire Her can make a big impact on your life. If you have not gone to an Inspire Her session, make sure to sign up. On Nov. 4, there will be a session on Medical, and on Nov. 18, Megan Arora ’02, Noreen Arora ’04, and Claire Arora ’14 will speak on working in business.
