While the yearbook is not given to students until the end of the year, our fabulous yearbook staff is working year-round to make this book of memories amazing. To make this yearbook the best it can be, seniors, make sure to submit your baby photos and senior quotes no later than Sept. 23!
The form to submit your photos and quotes can be found in an email from RA Yearbook. In terms of the baby photo, it must be a high-quality JPEG for the best picture quality. The image should be of you between the ages of 1-3 where your face can be clearly seen. Senior Editor Caleigh Steward ’26 explained why including baby pictures is a meaningful addition to the yearbook: “When it comes to making the senior pages for the yearbook one of the most crucial parts of these pages has been the baby photos! It has become a tradition in the yearbook to put the senior portraits on one side and the baby photos on the other. This has been a sweet way to show how much the seniors have grown up to be such strong, independent and beautiful women made in God’s image. Not only does it show growth, but we love seeing all these adorable baby photos and think everyone else should as well!” The baby photos are a nostalgic touch next to the senior portrait, so make sure to submit your baby picture. The email also describes the guidelines for your quotes. Here are some key takeaways:
- The quote cannot be something you made up yourself; it should be attributed to an author, singer, or recognizable figure.
- No emojis, inappropriate content, acronyms, abbreviations, or timestamps
Your quote will be reviewed before it is published in the yearbook, so please make sure it follows the guidelines. If your quote does not follow the criteria, Yearbook’s email states, “you will select from a pre-approved list.” Read the full email to understand the requirements for both the quote and the picture.

Yearbook’s Editor-in-Chief Sam Wright ’26 gave some insight for seniors, saying, “I love reading everyone’s senior quote because so much of their personality and character shines through! My advice to seniors who don’t know who they want to quote would be to think of a person, movie, or book that has meant a lot to them growing up. Often, there are a lot of hidden truths and messages within our favorite movies and books growing up that continue to draw us back to them. Comfort movies, favorite books or anything else that has stuck with you for a long time are all good examples to take inspiration from for your senior quote!” This is great advice for anyone who can’t seem to find the right quote.
The yearbook is a place that will hold your high school memories for many years to come, so make sure to come!
