School is back, and with fall quickly approaching, that also means football season is upon us. This past week, Servite kicked off the 2025-2026 football season against Centennial High School in Corona.
This past game’s theme was Alien; students wore green to show their support, along with loud cheering. Even though it was a far commute for most students to attend the game, Rosary and Servite students showed up and out for the football team.
Rosary Senior Diana Penaloza comments on her excitement to attend the games this upcoming season: “I’m so excited for this upcoming season! I love getting to interact and hang out with my friends at the football games.”
Although Servite lost last week, the Friars still have the entire season to make their comeback. As a senior, I know for myself and my classmates, it was a bittersweet moment knowing it was the last first night of Friday Night Lights, which is why we need to make the most of it. Knowing where each game is can be a bit confusing, so here is where to head if you’re interested in attending any of the upcoming games.
