Γεια σου Royals! (Hey there, Royals!) Can you tell what language this is? If you guessed Greek, you’d be correct! If you are interested in getting to know more about Greek culture, language, geography and more, you should attend the Greece trip next year over spring break from April 3-11. You’ll get the amazing chance to travel to a beautiful country with delicious foods and remarkable scenery, and everyone is guaranteed to make incredible memories that will last them a lifetime.
On Thursday May 1, at 6:30-7:15, a meeting will be held for Royals and a parent or guardian to attend in order to learn more about the upcoming trip. It will be held in the LEC and Mrs. Jenkins, the group leader, will be there to cover important trip details and clarify any questions or concerns.

As a nine-day expedition, the itinerary is full of places to explore and cultural outings that will introduce you to many traditional Greek foods. Locations such as the Temple of Apollo, Santorini, Mykonos and the Parthenon don’t even begin to cover all the amazing sites you would get the chance to discover. And, a four-day cruise is implemented into the trip, while the other three days are meant to journey deeper into Athens. Besides enjoying beautiful Greece, you will develop skills such as independence, flexibility and teamwork as you learn to navigate in a different country with your fellow sisters.

When asked about the upcoming trip, Mrs. Jenkins, the social studies department chair, shared, “The Greece trip will happen during Easter Break 2026, and all students are welcome! Student travel enriches participants’ understanding of the world and of themselves. Educational trips are immersive, provide experiential learning, exposure to different cultures, help history come to life and students always walk away having experienced positive personal growth. However, the best part of these trips is how much fun we all have! If anyone is interested in more information, they can stop by Room 200 to speak to me personally, or they can simply scan the QR code to view the digital flyer and to REGISTER NOW!”

Along with my other interested Royals, sophomore Shiloh Newman, shared her enthusiasm about the trip when stating, “I am super excited about the trip next year because I can’t wait to experience traveling to Greece with my Rosary sisters. I especially can’t wait to go on the cruise; it sounds like a phenomenal adventure that I can’t wait to be a part of!”
In all, what could be better than traveling to Greece with some of Rosary’s amazing teachers and your Royal sisters? You may never get this chance again, so make sure to check out the information and website on the royal review. Ελπίζουμε να σας δούμε στην Ελλάδα! (Hope to see you in Greece!)
