This past Tuesday, Royal upperclassmen got to enjoy adoration and split lunch with their little sisters. Everyone brought food and there was a massive potluck amongst friend groups.
The Rosary big sister-little sister program is a special tradition and unique to the school. “Older sisters” have the job of guiding their “little sisters” as examples off and on campus. Currently, seniors are paired up with sophomores, and juniors received their freshman sisters at the beginning of the year.
An example of inseparable big sister little sister duo is Parker Yee ‘26 and Gabby Felix ‘28; they love when they get to eat lunch and worship together.

Through kindness, Parker demonstrates what it looks like to meet someone new and care for them: “We had so much fun at lunch: we got Canes and Crumbl and got to hang out and catch up! We also had a great time at adoration, praying and singing along to the songs!”
The little sisters have the job of being open-minded as they learn what it means to be a Royal. Gabby embodies this, stating, “We both had a really good time during the big sister little sister lunch. During the lunches I enjoy getting to hear about what she and her friends have going on! I also had a great time at adoration with her.”
Overall, the program has allowed girls across grades to meet and grow closer together. Sisters like Parker and Gabby are a perfect example as to why Rosary has continuously done this program. When we open our hearts to one another, it truly shows!
