As the sun blazes down onto the sand, our varsity and JV beach volleyball teams take action. Our beach volleyball teams have been working very hard for a great season, and it is really paying off. Rain or shine, they are always trying to get better than before. Bump, set, spike: let’s hear what some of our amazing beach volleyball players have to say about their season so far.
JV player Molly Burke ‘27 has had a phenomenal season and continues to impress us every match. She states, “My favorite part about beach volleyball is getting to play with my friends! The team chemistry is really good, and we all enjoy playing together.” We cannot wait to see what the future holds for your pairing with Alexa Padilla ’28 and the rest of the team.

Freshman varsity player Anne Duarte has been having so much fun learning a new sport while being with her older sister Kate Duarte ‘26. “My favorite part about beach volleyball is getting to be on a team with my close friends and sister. I have gotten closer to a lot of people from all different grades. The chemistry on the team is growing more and more after every match. There have been really fun moments on the team that I will never forget, and my teammates never fail to make me laugh,” mentioned Anne.
As this team continues to grow and work hard, they will do great things during this season. Let’s keep on going to their games and cheering them on. See you at the next match today at 2:30 and 4:30 at Fullerton College!
