Following Red & Gold, Clash of the Classes is another exciting event for Royals during the month of March. It is a week-long event that consists of different activities during lunchtime.
Each class will gather points in order to be crowned the winner in the end. Participation is voluntary, but it is a great way for students to support their classmates and demonstrate school spirit.
ASB Executive Treasurer Malia Sims ’25 is helping organize the event. She explained, “Clash of the Classes is a tradition of Rosary Academy that we refashioned to a week-long event full of competition, sisterhood, and community. And after last year we knew we needed to bring back the hilarious bubble soccer.”
Monday was St. Patrick’s Day, and Royals wore green to celebrate. During lunchtime, students had a blast playing capture the flag. After a riveting game, the juniors came out on top.

On Tuesday, students dressed in either country or country club attire. They participated in a fun game of dodgeball with friendly competition. The seniors played against the sophomores, and the juniors played against the freshmen.
Along with celebrating the Mass of St. Joseph, Royals played Jeopardy! on Wednesday and had a blast putting their knowledge to the test.
On the last day of this event, the dress theme was Disney Movie Day. “High School Musical” and “Teen Beach Movie” characters were seen all throughout campus. Bubble soccer was definitely a highlight of the week because it was fun and entertaining.
Senior Class President Avery Rabago shared her thoughts on Clash of the Classes: “I am really rooting for us seniors. We are in it to win it, and I believe we can come out on top and end our senior year with a bang!”
Additionally, throughout the whole week, Royals could participate in a scavenger hunt. Animal figures were hidden around campus for students to find and bring to room eight to earn more points.
Congratulation to the Freshmen on their victory. While they are the youngest on campus, they are fierce competitors. Props to all of the classes for their great participation. Clash of the Classes is a great tradition, and we are all looking forward to next year!
