Attention all Royals! With Red & Gold right around the corner, everyone should be jumping on any opportunity to earn Red & Gold points for one’s respected team. For example, for the past couple weeks, Royals have been in possession of raffle tickets for a tropical vacation to try to sell to those who are interested in attending Red & Gold. These tickets are based on participation so if you buy one, you will earn a point for your team. This may not seems like a lot, but these points quickly add up.
Captains, producers and students have been practicing tirelessly to perform their absolute best. With all this effort, this is just the way to get your team just a little bit ahead, so try to get these tickets out to as many people as possible!
Both Red & Gold producers, co-producers, captains and White Team have been encouraging their fellow student body to get out there to sell tickets. Red Drill captain Abby Zabala ’25 states, “Royals should not only buy raffle tickets to help support their team, but to also get the chance to win a trip to visit the beautiful land of Tahiti.” Abby goes on to say, “The benefits of buying raffle tickets are earning points for your Red & Gold team and also getting a chance to win this amazing trip. So please go buy your raffle tickets!”
Many staff have also encouraged Royals to buy these valuable tickets for their team. Mrs. Huerta ’94 says, “All of the ticket proceeds go to tuition assistance for current and future Royals to give more girls the opportunity to attend Rosary and enjoy the Red & Gold tradition.” She continues by stating, “This Tahiti trip was also donated by an Alumna too. How special?” What an awesome way to give back to the community that cares so much for us!
This is your reminder to try and sell as many tickets to as many people as you can to get your team to get ahead. The deadline to sell tickets is Tuesday, March 4. If you lost your tickets or need more to sell, please feel free to reach out to your captain or co-producer to get more; remember that every ticket counts and give back to your Rosary community.
