Next spring, Rosary is offering an all-inclusive trip abroad to Greece. Hosted by the social studies department through the ACIS Educational Tours program, Royals interested in this trip should take the time to get information soon.
The trip will take place next spring break: April 3 to April 11, 2026. Included in the trip are round-trip flights, meals, excellent hotels, transportation, guided sightseeing and a cruise. The trip’s leader and the Social Studies Department Chair, Mrs. Jenkins, shared, “I am so excited for the Social Studies department to lead Rosary on an educational trip to Greece next Easter Break, 2026! Greece is an integral part of our history, not only as we study ancient Greece, but also since Greece is the birthplace for democratic ideals as well as for the Olympics! We will be traveling to Athens as well as the beautiful Aegean which includes Santorini and Mykonos! Anyone interested should come see me in Room 200!”
The first two days of the trip will take place in Athens, where Royals will get to see historic sights around the city while enjoying the local cuisine. Then, days four to nine will be spent on a cruise on the Aegean Sea.
Each day the cruise will embark on a new city where participants will have different opportunities to see historical sights. Finally, the day before departure will bring the trip back to Athens for more sightseeing.
Rosary hosts educational trips every spring break, and the Greece trip will be one to remember. Junior Diana Penaloza, who attended last year’s Spain trip, commented, “The Spain trip was a very fun experience. I got to connect with new people, and it was nice to experience different cultures.”
The payment deadline is this November. For more information about the trip visit Mrs. Jenkins in Room 200, and attend the information meeting this Friday, Jan. 17, at lunch in Room 200.
