To celebrate the week of Homecoming, Royals have the opportunity to dress in different themes throughout the week. This is the time to come together, celebrate and show off all of your cool school spirit. This week is all about Royals’ unity, creativity and creating some unforgettable memories before homecoming.
Monday was pajama day, so Royals could stay comfy during class. Royals were able to wear pajama pants and a Rosary or Servite T-shirt or sweatshirt. Pajama day allowed everyone to relax in class and not have to worry so much about getting dressed in the morning.
Tuesday was pink out, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Royals who donated $5 could wear a pink top or sweatshirt and jeans. Pink out day helped to bring awareness to breast cancer, and it raised money for a good cause.
On Wednesday, Royals had standardized testing. School uniform was required for all students.
Thursday is Red & Gold finale dress. Wigs and crazy costumes are coming out on today. Royals can wear their finale attire from past years or go all out with a new costume. You can be a yellow crayon, a hotdog, or even a lobster. Thursday is an early preview of Royals’ great finale costumes. Although you are able to get creative, all outfits and costumes must follow the Rosary dress code.
Friday is black out and Royals can show their support for Servite football. Servite shirts, jeans and leggings are all encouraged. All grade levels can wear leggings. We can use this day to support our brother school and to their football team as they take on the Monarchs.
Overall, this week was full of fun outfits and energy. We are so excited to dance the night away at Homecoming this weekend!
