As the leaves start to fall and the weather gets colder, it is the perfect time to put on a sweatshirt and sweatpants. Turn on the oven and bake some warm cookies. Spend hours in the kitchen watching “Gilmore Girls” and cook some warm mac and cheese. It is the time of year to take all your bottled up emotions and put on the saddest playlist you can find. Luckily for you, I am a frequent sad-song listener. Here is a playlist for you to play in this season of Sad Girl Autumn:

I asked for insight from the Rosary community on fall songs as well. Ms. Brinegar ‘16 stated her favorite song to listen to in the fall was “When We are Together” by The 1975.
Junior Vanessa Ramos says the best way to listen to sad songs is in her bed, cuddled up in blankets.
Hopefully this list gave you a song or two to listen to when you are in your feels this autumn season. Happy Sad Girl Autumn.
