The time has come to go dress shopping, shoe shopping, and date shopping. With Prom just around the corner, many students have made promposals. Here’s a closer look at some of this year’s best.
Joshua Silva ’25 asked Jazzy Sandoval ‘25 with a super cute sign that read, “I would be one lucky duck if you went to prom with me.” In addition to the well-made poster, Jazzy’s date also gave her a pretty bouquet of flowers. Jazzy shared her thoughts about her promposal: “All the ducks on my Jeep made me laugh; it was a nice touch and seemed like a group effort.”
Servite senior Isaac Carvahlo asked senior Julia Watson to Prom. The Wordle-themed poster was clever, creative, and a cute idea different from the typical posters. Julia commented, “This was by far my favorite poster I’ve gotten. It was adorable, and I am so excited to go to my last Prom!”
Another creative poster award goes to Kristian Yanez-Villalba, who asked junior Abigail Zabala. Who doesn’t love a good Disney-themed poster?
Sara Garcia ‘24 was asked to prom by a Canyon High School senior, Kyle Kim. Sara shares, “It was a really thoughtful gesture to put together a poster, and the flowers were beautiful.” Sara’s promposal took place at Rosary’s incredible art show. What an eventful night!
A thoughtful promposal makes for a fun and special experience leading up to the big dance. See you all on Prom night!
