Red was so energetic at last year’s Red and Gold.

Royals, Red and Gold is officially two weeks away, we wanted to predict what the other team’s show is going to be like.

Gold Producer Isabella Walker ’24 and Gold drama captain Gigi Coo ‘24 share their prediction for Red’s story: “We think Red’s script is a journey through one’s life and trying to escape growing up. We think a lot of their central theme comes from feelings of nostalgia. Either way, we know it’ll be such a fun show to watch!”

Red Co-Producer Jazzy Sandoval ‘25 explains her guess for Gold’s show: “I think Gold’s script is going to be something about going through the decades. Maybe they are escaping time.” 

On an unserious note, this is what we see in the future for Red and Gold:

• Chris Evans will jump on stage and dance with Red drill. 
• Drill captain Lily Curtis ‘24 says, “I would like to see Gold try to escape an escape room with Gypsy Rose.” 
• All the glitter will stay on Servite’s campus for the next five years.
• James Corden is Gold’s lead actor.
• Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner are sitting in the audience with the entire Kardashian family.
• Taylor Swift will come and sing with Red choral.
• Ms. Barclay ‘94 and Marci Rau ‘24 have a duo dance performance.
• Tom Holland and Zendaya will get married on stage.
• A hairspray can explodes in the pit.
• The audience backflips to enter the theater
• The music gets changed mid-song during finale.
• Gold team member Tahlia Jain ’26 predicts Red’s script includes Moses parting the Red Sea during the finale.
• Mr. Bevins comes on stage and recites a Shakespeare poem.
• The Servite baseball team joins choral in inflatable costumes.
• Red wins, and Emma Muse ’26 is happy.
• Gold wins, and Lauren Marvray ’26 is happy.

Though these predictions may not come true, we are so excited for Red and Gold 2024.
