With the Super Bowl coming up this Sunday, popular social media apps are filled with different users making predictions about the game. As the trend continues, the predictions have gotten bizarre. Our Royals are partaking in this trend through this article. Here are our predictions:
Siena Lopez ’24: I think it will be the highest scoring Super Bowl, beating out last year’s highest scoring game.
Gigi Coo ’24: The 49ers will win, but only if I watch the Super Bowl.
Stacy Stroud ’25: Travis Kelce will break up with Taylor Swift, and she will leave with Usher on a helicopter.
Sara Garcia ’24: The 49ers run out, but where are the Chiefs? Suddenly, a spotlight flashes up to one of the box seats. It’s the Chiefs, but they’re all hog-tied. Who is that? It’s the Joker! Oh no, he’s kidnapped the Chiefs! Suddenly, a dark figure swoops in. It’s the hero this city needs: Batman! He starts fighting Joker and hits him with a piledriver, followed by a half nelson. The city is saved and Batman disappears into the cold February night.
Natalia Stewart ’26: I think that Usher is going to fall down on stage.
Isabella Dedes ’26: I believe that no one will show up.
Jazzy Sandoval ’25: I think that Gypsy Rose will show up to see Taylor Swift cheering on Travis Kelce.
Lily Curtis ’24: The Chiefs cheerleaders are going to do a really flashy dance, have bedazzled outfits, and will dance to a Taylor Swift song.
Bella Vallejo ’26: Justin Bieber is going to make an epic comeback, wearing his iconic “My World” outfit and sing “Somebody to Love” with Usher.
Andrea Salazar ’26: Someone is going to get proposed to on the field.
Finley Hawkins ’24: Usher is going to come down with the flu and Taylor Swift is going to walk out and perform the Eras Tour, with the surprise songs being a “reputation (Taylor’s Version)” album announcement. Then she will win the Super Bowl as a complete rookie.
Marci Rau ’24: I think that the will stadium explode, and the puppies from the Puppy Bowl run in and finish the game.
Spencer Thiemann ’24: One Direction is getting back together and performing at the halftime show.
Valeria Avila ’24: The 49ers are going to win, and Taylor Swift is going to get engaged.
Avery Rabago ’25: Taylor won’t be there for the first half, and Travis will be playing really bad. But then Taylor will get there during the third quarter, take over the game, and win for the Chiefs.
Maya Ginter ’24: Usher brings out a special guest, Jason Kelce, and they sing the Philadelphia Eagles album “A Philly Special Christmas.”
Get ready to watch the Chiefs vs the 49ers this Sunday and see if any of these predictions come true!
