JV Volleyball Royals defeat Orange Lutheran

On our home court this past Tuesday, the JV volleyball team crushed Orange Lutheran in 2 sets. 

This win has especially made a statement because it was up against a notoriously talented Trinity League team known for having exceptional athletes. Sophomore Delilah Moos exclaimed, “The fact that we were in a position to be able to not only win but win in two sets was an amazing testament to the kind of people and players we are becoming through our time in the Trinity League.”

This kind of win has definitely motivated the JV girls to continue putting in the work and has boosted their confidence to go up against strong competitors. Parker Yee ‘26 stated, “We went into the game confident in our abilities with energy and excitement…I loved how much energy there was throughout the whole game between the teams.”

Come support the JV and Varsity volleyball teams as they take on J.Serra at 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m at our home gym. Keep working at it Royals!

 A senior at Rosary Academy, Lainey Goldstein is super excited about her first year on the Royal Reporter. She is involved in various activities on campus including, ASB, Campus Ministry, Ambassadors, CSF, NHS, and track and water polo team. She enjoys spending her free time at the beach, hanging out with her friends, listening to music and running. She is a huge food enthusiast, and especially enjoys bananas and banana flavored things. In college, she would like to major in philosophy or anthropology, to eventually study law and become a lawyer. She is an energetic and outgoing person and very hyped about her upcoming senior year!
