Are you in need of volunteer hours?
The Saint Juliana Fall Festival is this weekend, Sept. 22-24, and is a great way to serve the community while also having fun. There are many game booths you can sign up for with flexible shifts.
Roni Mercado 25′ worked the ring toss booth along with me and another friend. She says, “This booth was a great way to earn some volunteer hours for President’s Volunteer Service Awards.”
Most booths, such as Lollipop Tree, Wiffle Ball, Frog Jumper, etc… are all very simple. While working the Ring Toss booth all we did was take contestants’ tickets and give them stuffed animals if they won. The best part is, before or after volunteering you can enjoy the festival rides, games, and food.
