The start of school means not just a return to homework and early mornings, but also the beginning of a new Tri School Theater

This year’s season will conclude with the smash hit musical Into the Woods!

season! The 2017-2018 Season is aptly themed “The Artists Tell the Story.” It will feature The Iliad, The Odyssey, and All of Greek Mythology in 99 Minutes or Less (this year’s Fall comedy); The Story Goes Ona��, a Winter benefit concert from Tri School and Rosary alum Erin McNally, and the Spring musical Into the Woods.

There are a variety of ways to get involved in theater including acting, technical theater, set construction, costuming, hair and makeup, production, and Comedy Sportz! Tri-School Theater’s Artistic Director Frankie Marrone says “If you are a tiny bit nervous about signing up for something in theater, make sure to talk to someone who is already involved before you talk yourself out of it. You might be surprised at who else was a little bit apprehensive before joining Tri-Schools!”

Some important dates in the upcoming months include:

  • August 29th a�� 1st Thespian meeting of the year (3:30pm a�� 4:30pm)
  • August 31st a�� Fall Audition Workshop (3:30pm a�� 5:00pm)
  • September 5th a�� Fall Play Auditions (3:30pm a�� 9:00pm)
  • September 15th a�� Comedy Sportz Orientation and Workshop (3:30pm a�� 5:00pm)
  • September 15th a�� Comedy Sportz Parent Meeting (5:00pm a�� 5:30pm)
