Christina Burmeister, a 1998 Rosary graduate, was a conscientious student who displayed a deep concern for others. She also had an outstanding spirit of involvement within the Rosary community. After her death in 2001, Drs. Clifford and Rosalia Burmeister established this memorial scholarship to preserve the legacy of their daughter and recognize students who exemplify her outstanding character. Emma Oskorus ’23, is applying for this important scholarship. She says, “It would be my greatest honor to carry on Christina’s legacy as an exemplary Rosary Royal.”

To qualify, all current juniors and seniors must maintain a minimum of a 3.5 GPA in English and journalism (if applicable).

Make sure you check your inbox; the application is attached to Mrs. O’Campo’s ’02 email. Each application must be submitted to the main office addressed to Mrs. O’Campo by Thursday, November 17.

The recipient will be recognized on Thursday, December 8, during the Mass of the Immaculate Conception.
