The Rosary Fine and Performing Arts Department opens the “Dream Factory” this Friday, May 13.

The event starts at 6 p.m. while the gallery and performances will conclude at 9 p.m. Refreshments will be provided free of charge, and all the donations given will go towards relief efforts in Ukraine.

This event consists of art work and music performances such as drawings, paintings, ceramics, graphic design, and photography.

Ceramics artist Riley Martinez ’24 gave some insight on her work, “Everybody in the art show displays two of their best projects. I made a ceramic fruit basket, and I worked very hard on it. I’m excited for everyone to see my work!”

Musical performances from “Encanto,” “West Side Story,” “Phantom of the Opera,” and “The Prince of Egypt” will be performed by the choir and orchestra.

Senior choir member Kristine Quintanar stated, “This concert is filled with songs from my childhood that I completely forgot about! It’s an amazing work of art, and I hope people can make it!”

While enjoying this event, refreshments will be served, so be prepared to enjoy. Also, make sure to purchase a copy of the 2022 Spring Supplement magazine that includes all events from this year.
