As Spring is jumping into season, our sweet tooth is craving new treats. Instead of baking plain, chocolate chip cookies or vanilla cake, Spring is the time where we can make sweet treats such as a Cadbury Creme Egg Dip, Bird’s Nest Cupcakes, and White Chocolate Dipped Coconut Marshmallows.

Cadbury Creme Egg Dip:

This yummy dip is full of creamy marshmallows, chocolate bits, and yellow and white fondant from the Cadbury Creme Egg. In order to make this delicious dip, you need:

  • 5 Regular Cadbury Creme Eggs
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 mini Cadbury Creme Eggs
  • 7 ounces of marshmallow cream
  • 12 ounces of cool whip (thawed)

This sweet treat is easy to make and extremely delicious. Why make normal cupcakes when you can make beautiful, tasty, Spring themed cupcakes? The ingredients you need to make this yummy treat are:

Cupcakes:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. almond extract

Buttercream:

  • 1 c. unsalted butter softened
  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp. milk
  • Gel paste food coloring I used Americolor in Leaf Green

Topping:

  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 package Reese’s pieces eggs

White Chocolate Dipped Coconut Marshmallows:

These cute treats are not only tasty, but colorful too. Instead of normal marshmallow shapes, you can make these yummy treats into flowers, bunnies, and dragonflies. The tasty ingredients needed for this treat are:

  • Colored Marshmallows
  • ½ c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. water divided
  • 4 unflavored gelatin envelopes
  • 3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp. coconut extract
  • gel food paste coloring in assorted pastel colors
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut toasted
