Have you ever heard of the term doppelganger? Well some of our every own teachers at Rosary Academy have celebrity doppelgangers of their own. A doppelganger is someone who has an uncanny resemblance to someone else. Let’s see who our Rosary teachers look like.

Firstly, we interviewed Mr. Ryan Stegink.

RR: Have people told you that you look like a celebrity before?

Mr. Stegink: When I was a kid, people told me I looked like Macauly Culkin, the kid from “Home Alone.” Here at Rosary, I was told by people in the religion dept. that I look like a Christian singer, but I can’t remember which one.

Rosary students say he looks more like one of the robbers from “Home Alone.”

RR: Who is your favorite celebrity, and why?

Mr. Stegink: My favorite celebrity is probably Tom Hanks. He’s a great actor and seems like a genuinely good person.

Then, we interviewed Mrs. Elizabeth Flati.

RR: Has anyone told you that you look like a celebrity before?

Mrs. Flati:  Yes, when I first joined the Rosary community 3 years ago many students told me I looked like Vanessa Hudgens in “High School Musical.” Other celebrities I have been told I look like include Natalie Portman and Lindsey Lohan

(I do not see this one at all).

Rosary students say she looks like she walked off the set of “High School Musical 2.”

RR: Then, who is your favorite celebrity, and why?

Mrs. Flati: This is a tough question. I don’t know that I have a favorite celebrity, I don’t know enough about them to say I have a favorite. As actors I enjoy watching Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, and Rachel McAdams. I enjoy listening to Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Julieta Venegas and many others…

Our next teacher is Mrs. Angela Ward.

RR: Have people told you that you look like a star before?

Mrs. Ward: Typically two different ones. when I was young someone told me I looked like Sandra Bullock because we have the same hairstyle. And now, they also thought that I look like Julia Louis.

RR: Do you have a favorite star?

Mrs. Ward: This is a tough question, well I will watch anything with Robert Di Niro. He is impressive.

Rosary students are convinced that Mrs. Ward is Sandra Bullock.
