Kiwi’s are a delicious snack to have at lunch, and if you don’t already, pack it with a spoon for an easy, less messy way to eat. Bananas are also great, but for some people they might be hard to open; if it is difficult for you to open bananas, a simple trick is to pre-cut them or make a small cut in the peel before, enough so that the stem is easy to tear off, but not so much that the top will turn brown.

On a cold day is it so satisfying to take a bite of warm food. Instead of just putting warm food into a thermos, preheat it. On the fine print of the thermos packages, it explains this but it is easy to miss. Look for it though because it helps keep the food warmer, longer. What you do is put hot water into the thermos close it and leave it for a few minutes. When done pour out the water and put your hot food in.

If you tend to wake up late, or are always rushing in the morning make a lunch station. A small suggestion to make lunch easier and quicker especially in a rush you can have a set “lunch station” where you can have everything you possibly need to make your lunch easily in an accessible area. Continuing from waking up late or being in a rush instead of not taking anything to eat here are a quick easy and delicious options, for example, you can make a melt which is generally a bagel with food topping it like eggs or avocados or anything for that matter. Some other options include salads, wraps,  and even container mac and cheese.
