Red & Gold season opens up many chances to earn points for your team by showing some school spirit, and the senior class has definitely taken advantage of these opportunities.

This year the 2018 senior class has made it their mission to earn as many points as they can by going to all Red & Gold-sponsored sports games.

The first appearance the seniors made was at the water polo senior night, on February 2nd. They brought out posters and loud cheers for the 5 seniors being honored.

Senior Jill Lao said, “Being able to see our classmates enjoy their senior night, while being able to cheer them on right there, was so much fun. Getting R&G points for being there is just a plus.”

Many girls from the class of 2018 also showed up to the senior soccer night on February 7th.

After the soccer game, the seniors made their way back to Rosary to get rowdy for the basketball game.

Although the seniors couldn’t barbeque in the parking lot, they made sure they still had a fun time in the quad with 11 boxes of pizza and loud music.

Senior Gabby Graves said, “The seniors decided to get rowdy for the basketball senior night with a potluck in the senior quad. We wanted to celebrate the 3 seniors being honored at their last Trinity League game before they go off to the playoffs.”

But it’s not just about the points, these girls put in time and effort into their posters and signs to show their love for their classmates.

Senior Maddy Fetter spent all night making posters for the basketball senior night game. She says, “I love supporting my sisters and watching them do what they love. I made the posters to show my gratitude towards them, and show how much I’m proud of them.”

Whether it’s for Red & Gold points or not, you can always rely on the senior class to come out and broadcast their love and support!
