41 days. 7 hours. 45 minutes. 18 seconds.

Now that Red and Gold is over, we are counting down the days until graduation and that glorious time of year — summer.

College decisions have been trickling out this past month, and more and more of us have started to slump. With such a short amount of time left as a Royal, we can’t help but look forward to the warm shiny days of summer, and all of the fun activities we’ll get to do.

The warm sun at the beach, thrifting with coffee in hand, attending fun parties without worrying about a Gov test the next morning . . . these are all things that we are anxious to start doing.

However, it’s not Rosary Academy that makes us consider ditching school and going back to bed when our alarms go off. It’s the plague of senioritis that’s been spreading like wildfire. Even the good kids are starting to space out mid-lecture. We just can’t help it.

Our summer anticipation has been growing like crazy, so while we can still manage, we want to send a couple of thank you’s!

A huge thank you to our Royal underclassmen. You guys are going to do great in the coming years, and we can’t wait to come back for a random visit in November to see what you’ve been up to.

To our teachers, while we are increasingly more difficult to engage, we want to thank you for the past 4 years. Each of you has impacted us in some way that has made us the young women we are today. Thank you.

To our parents, family, and friends, we know we’re crazy, you don’t have pretend argue against that one. But in all honesty, thank you for being the supportive and loveable people that you are, we couldn’t have done this without you.

So, as your senior Dinos who are about 85% checked out and still counting the seconds until we graduate, we realize how important you all were to our journey, and we wish you all the best of luck.

Love,

Your favorite Seniors (Class of 2023)
