On Tuesday, Sept. 27 and Wednesday, Sept. 28, Rosary hosted two “Royal for a Day” events!

At “Royal for a Day,” better known as Shadow Days, prospective students are paired with a Royal Ambassador and attend their classes and activities to get a glimpse of life as a student at Rosary Academy.

It was Homecoming Spirit Week, so on Tuesday, we wore pajamas and on Wednesday we were all in tourist wear with our shadows! By the way, at the Homecoming Rally on Wednesday, I genuinely think the shadows helped our senior class win the spirit stick.

Shadow Days are a favorite among students and teachers. Chloe McNamara ’23 says, “I love seeing shadows on campus! It’s exciting to see the new generation of Royals touring our school.”

Personally, my seventh and eighth grade shadow days heavily influenced my decision to attend Rosary. I highly recommend that if you or someone you know is somewhat interested in our school, have them sign up for a Shadow Day! (And ask for Layla Valenzuela to be your ambassador, you won’t regret it.)

You can register for an upcoming Shadow Day on the Rosary Academy website! Contact [email protected] for additional details. We hope to see you on campus very soon!
