The Rosary Spring Social. While some of you may read that line and become uninterested, we immediately pay attention.

Some may call this social the “event of the year” or the “time of their lives.” And yes, they are correct. The 2022 Spring Social was the highlight of our senior year.

A pink dress code, a taco man, a popping DJ, and an open dance floor; what more could we ask for? Those four things define a good time.

One group of senior Servite boys stole the show by sporting full suits and pink ties to the social. Will Hawkins ‘22 participated in this. He said, “We knew this was our last Spring Social so we really wanted to go full out. When the boys and I came up with this idea, I automatically asked my mom to whip out the suit and get my undershirt ironed.”

Elizabeth Walloch ‘22 rocked custom Levi’s jeans. She said, “I went to Levi’s store at Fashion Island this morning looking for something pink. I came across these custom blue jeans with pink pockets and flair bottoms; it just felt right.”

Though this dance mainly consisted of sophomores and freshmen, these seniors sure did not want to miss this spectacular event. Erika Kuehl ‘22 stated, “We all knew we wanted to go because why not? It’s senior year, and we want to go to every event we possibly can before we leave our most beloved schools. The crowd wasn’t as big compared to other casual dances, but this showing made it more fun for all of us.”

Overall, the Rosary Spring Social was a major success. Although this dance was smaller than other casual dances, everyone who attended had a great time!
